Thoughts about future support announcements.

After GBT-12 (Awakening Dragon King), several new sets of support were revealed. In this article I will discuss my thoughts on each and every one of then.

Set 1: Two Touken Ranbu Legend Decks

Honestly, I don't care at all about these, I know some people love Touken Ranbu, but I couldn't care less. It must be doing well though.

Set 2: Clan Booster 4: Rondeau of Chaos and Salvation (Link Joker Clan Booster)

First thing first: I CALLED IT.
Seriously though, this thing looks amazing.

I am extremely excited for this set, but scared of this set at the same time. Firstly why I am excited should be obvious to those who know me or this blog, and is quite simply Deletor Support. Deletors as a Sub-clan have desperately needed support for a long time, and GBT-08's two cards (really Bushiroad, two non-foil normal units?) did not solve all the issues with the deck, far from it. But with a new art being revealed, it looks like Deletors are finally going to get their deserved second stride.

At the same time, I hope Bushiroad patches up some of the main kinks with the deck such as barely plussing at all which barely covers the constant minuses and dies to removal so easily

Other then that, there's nothing to do for Deletors but wait and see what their support is like.

Now for why I'm scared about this set: EVERYTHING they have confirmed support for easily has the ability to become broken, Deletors included. (Though Deletors are the furthest away from becoming broken) Chaos Breaker and Glendios are already pretty strong Star-Vader decks, and Messiah is not exactly a pushover, though it is significantly weaker then Chaos Breaker. Not surprisingly Link Joker counters have spiked up in price massively because of this.

Set 3: GBT-13 (Supports Aqua Force, Gold Paladin, Angel Feather, Spike Brothers Murakumo, Kagero and Tachikaze.

As an Aqua Force main, I am excited for more Aqua Force support (Ripple Heal trigger PLEASE), but apart from that this set looks really, really crowded, so I doubt we are getting lots of support per clan anyway. I can't say any more about this without any details, since I don't know what decks are going to get supported (Also expect lots and lots of neo-stride breaks)

Set 4: Zoo Nation Booster (Great Nature, Neo Nectar and Megacolony)

I am completely fine with this set, and I am curious whether Bushiroad will fix Megacolony like they have done OTT in GBT-12, but again, without further details there isn't much more to say.
